The turnover rate has been high; they've lost lots of people during recent years. However, they also bring in lots of people at the same time. A lot of my co-workers around have started in less than a year, and I personally know couple guys who're planning to leave within a year or so.... Read more

Stressed People, Constantly changing management
Yahoo used to offer superb benefits and campus is built so you do not need to leave (depending your point of view, the campus is next to nothing so if you do not drive to work, you are not able to leave at all).
