I believe no one can deny that customer satisfaction relies heavily on the service of sales and support staff. An employer should always want to keep their sales and support staff happy because their performance greatly affect the image of a company. When the management and the policies are not welcome by the employees, which happened to me several months ago, the moral really went very bad. The days used to be very good, but now they froze the pay level, cut company cars for field employees, reduced the pension plan, tweaked the bonus plan making it impossible to get the bonus no matter how hard you work... not to mention continued layoffs - what the managers are actually thinking about?
