This is a much more satisfying job than my previous one. The most exciting part is the opportunity to meet with clients and understand their needs, and then go back and work with my team to develop a business solutions. I never felt work is routine or boring as there are many chances to travel or work from home office. However our benefit is not as good as before - not sure if recently the new CEO is rolling out cost cutting programs.
