IBM is okay. It is a huge company, thus, it has almost every imaginable position under the sun. It is therefore possible to find an interesting job. However, whether that is the case or not depends on how you perceive their products. IBM deals mainly with enterprise level software, therefore, you may not find it interesting as you might have a difficult time relating to their functionalities and such. And all other factors that are important in a job all depends on which product or division you work on. So your experience with IBM will vary alot, depending on your situation and luck.
