Nvidia's very aggressive, expects employees to have the same attitude to go to work, and even off work - you are expected to be available to answer emails 24/7. You'd burn out pretty quickly if not managed well. It's great for people who aspire to go beyond where they're now, though. You'll be around the very people who pioneer the graphics and chips industry. They don't hold your hands to keep you on track; they throw you in the middle of water and see if you survive. This is great training for people who're independent, and want to become a leader in the field some day.
