Words cannot describe my love for PBwiki.
The people are smart, the projects are challenging, and the work environment couldn't be better. As an intern, I'm allowed to pick up pretty much any project I want -- whether it be in programming, graphic design, or marketing.
My co-workers are more than just temporary team members. Many have since become my lifelong friends and mentors.
Now for the perks -- weekly massages, free food, monthly outings, and more! What more can an intern ask for :)
As an aspiring entrepreneur, I couldn't see myself working for a company. PBwiki is such an entrepreneurial organization in that many of the employees here are or have been entrepreneurs at one point or another. As a direct result, you'll find yourself working with a super creative and ambitious group of people.
As a small company, PBwiki can teach the young intern more than most companies probably could. There's more flexibility, and the number of things to do here is endless. If I had to choose between Microsoft and PBwiki, I'd choose PBwiki any day.
