The pay is pretty good, and the other benefits are superb. We got tuition reimbursement if we wanted took classes from universities nearby. Reimbursements from health clubs, too. The hours are flexible, and the best part I enjoy is the work-from-home options. I'm a big fan of their work from home program. Saves me so much commuting time and, hack, you know, money for gas. I think Sun does care about the employees' feelings and that's why they have this great work from home program.
I admit that there's politics here. But where has no politics? As long as it's kept at a reasonable level I'm okay about it, and so far it's still reasonable at Sun.
The only thing I'd complain is that all the career growth opportunities are at offices in the Bay Area. From the east coast, you'd have to move to move up the corporate ladder, which I don't want.
