This is not a place with passion for technology. The culture here is to meet the number every quarter. There a lot metrics the management measure you on, but those items do not necessarily reflect the reality because everybody tries to play around with the numbers to make them look more brighter. For example, you would be viewed as brilliant if you can handle 10% more projects than last quarter. Despite the team is overworked, you would give a score of 9 when they asked you questions about work-life balance. If you could prove that the whole team is more efficient because of a newly created tool, you 'd have a great record on your file. Meeting the numbers is the only thing that matters working here.
