My internship experience at PayPal was decent. The pay is very good for an internship and I got to be involved with some great projects. I even was in charge of my own PayPal promotion. I think the internship was a great resume builder and a fun environment, although the dynamic of PayPal may be very different from eBay Marketplaces and some of the other parts of the eBay company. Likewise, the teams within each part of the company can vary greatly.
